JG Innovations provides digital marketing services tailored for the travel industry, including but not limited to website design and development, social media marketing, content writing, video creation, search engine optimisation (SEO), and email outreach campaigns.

3. Client Obligations

Clients agree to provide accurate and complete information necessary for the delivery of services. Clients are responsible for reviewing and approving all deliverables in a timely manner. Delays caused by the client may affect project timelines and deliverables.

4. Payment Terms

Payment terms will be outlined in individual service agreements or proposals. Unless otherwise stated, invoices are due within 30 days of issuance. Late payments may incur additional fees as specified in the service agreement.

5. Intellectual Property

Upon full payment, clients will own the final deliverables created specifically for them. JG Innovations retains the right to use completed work in portfolios and marketing materials unless otherwise agreed in writing. All proprietary tools, templates, and methodologies remain the property of JG Innovations.

6. Confidentiality

Both parties agree to keep confidential any proprietary information shared during the course of the engagement. This obligation survives the termination of the service agreement.

7. Limitation of Liability

JG Innovations shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by the client for the specific service in question.

8. Termination

Either party may terminate the service agreement with 30 days written notice. In the event of termination, the client is responsible for payment of all work completed up to the date of termination.

9. Governing Law

These Terms of Service shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Scotland. Any disputes arising from these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Scotland.

10. Changes to Terms

JG Innovations reserves the right to modify these Terms of Service at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting on this page. Your continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of the modified terms.
