At JG Innovations, we strive to deliver exceptional digital marketing services. We understand that circumstances may arise where a refund is necessary, and we have established the following policy to ensure fairness and transparency.
1. Eligibility for Refunds
Refund requests will be considered on a case-by-case basis. To be eligible for a refund, you must submit your request within 14 days of the initial payment. Refunds are only applicable to services that have not yet been commenced or delivered.
2. Non-Refundable Services
The following services are non-refundable: services that have been fully delivered and approved by the client; custom work that has been completed according to the agreed specifications; third-party costs incurred on behalf of the client (such as advertising spend, domain registration, or software licences); and consultation fees for services already rendered.
3. Partial Refunds
If work has been partially completed at the time of the refund request, a partial refund may be issued. The refund amount will be calculated based on the proportion of work remaining, less any costs already incurred.
4. How to Request a Refund
To request a refund, please contact us at info@jginnovations.org with your project details and the reason for your request. We will review your request and respond within 5 business days.
5. Refund Processing
Approved refunds will be processed within 10 business days. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used for the transaction. Please allow additional time for the refund to appear in your account, depending on your payment provider.
6. Disputes
If you are not satisfied with the outcome of your refund request, you may escalate the matter by contacting our management team. We are committed to resolving all disputes in a fair and timely manner.
